As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Enterprise Data Platform and engineering Enterprise Data Assets & Products. Accountabilities

- Ensure the service is in ‘Always ON’ mode and maintain at least 99% service availability for users.

- Optimize the service for improved pipeline performance and cost efficiencies.

- Address feature/connector usage, design, and implementation queries from the data engineering community.

- Contribute to service response and resolution times compliance.

- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests from data engineers.

- Implement change requests for platform and new data asset & product pipelines.

- Design, build, test, and deploy data ingestion and consumption pipelines.

- Enhance and maintain CI/CD and test automation solutions.

- Maintain up-to-date documentation, create ‘Knowledge Base’ and ‘How-To Do’ articles.

- On-board new data assets, products, and applications to the Snowflake data platform.

Essential Skills/Experience

- Have very good knowledge, skill & experience with Snowflake as a technology and its features & capabilities.

- Have acquired certifications in Snowflake as a technology.

- Have played the role of a Snowflake data platform admin and a data engineer on Snowflake platform.

- Have very good knowledge, skill and experience on Infrastructure management, SaaS, Cloud, AWS, Networking, Privatelink.

- Have very good knowledge, skill & experience with managing access controls, policies, data privacy & governance.

- Have very good knowledge, skill & experience on data extract, load, transformation & visualization.

- Have very good knowledge, skill & experience working with databases, SQL, python.

- Have very good knowledge, skill & experience working with Snowflake metadata and generating costs governance and operational reports.

- Have very good knowledge, skill and experience with CI / CD.

- Have good knowledge on Snowflake’s Cortex AI features and capabilities.

- Have worked with data & analytics platforms eco-system such as Fivetran, DBT Cloud, MWAA, PowerBI.

- Have the ability to learn new capabilities and someone who embraces life-long learning.

- Have worked with ServiceNow and JIRA.

- Have very good verbal & written communication skills.

- Have very good planning and presentation skills.
